Paul Hart With a history exceeding 25 years of sales, sales management and business management in the IT industry, Paul’s extensive experience of successful selling and managing at IT vendor, partner and solutions provider levels is backed by specific, in-depth market sector knowledge and a clear understanding of the requirements of IT vendors, distributors and resellers alike.	Lee Howard Lee’s background in IT solution and product sales spans over 16 years. With a strong focus on new business, and exceptional account management skills, Lee has been responsible for identifying and managing multi-million pound opportunities from inception to successful conclusion, giving him a clear understanding of the sales processes required to succeed.

The Business

As a technology sales business based in Knutsford, Cheshire we provide a range of business development services. The BasePlus Operations Centre is home to a team of experienced Sales Professionals, all working on behalf of our IT industry clients.

The team is currently growing at a rate of two new sales recruits per quarter – a statistic which reflects the successful growth of the business as a whole.

With well developed and defined processes and systems which give our clients the best possible visibility of our progress and productivity on their behalf, BasePlus is setup to deliver “on demand” services. Your specific requirements and the means and methods you wish us to use, however, are catered for. Our services have been designed with inbuilt flexibility such that the specific reporting or tracking methods required by our customers can be accommodated.
